Valentine’s Day - TEEN TOP SCENARIOS

[Niel]

All day, you laid in your bed because you were extremely sick. You had been getting sicker and sicker everyday. Today wasn’t just everyday though. It was a special day. It was Valentine’s Day. You wanted to spend it with your best friend in the whole world, Niel. Sadly, he had school and schedules to attend, and there you sat in bed. You and him texted each other all day, but that didn’t make you near as happy. Suddenly, out of the corner of your eye, the door opened. Quickly, you hid underneath the blankets. Your heart was racing as you felt someone plop down on the bed next to you. That same someone peeled the top of the blankets from your face. “__________-ah, why are you hiding?” Niel propped himself on his elbow and put his hand to his cheek. You sigh in relief, then coughed in his face by accident. He panicked and fell off the bed. “Sorry…” you sniffled. After he wiped his face, he grabbed something behind the nightstand. It was gift basket. “You’re sick, so I thought I’d give this to you,” he smiled at you. “Oh Niel, that’s so sweet,” you started to get up, but he laid you back down. “You can open it later,” you nodded. Soon enough, you accidently fell asleep for a few hours. When you woke up, you found Niel sleeping next to you. Taking the chance, you stood up and opened up the gift basket. It had a teddy bear, chocolates, and other little goodies. You read the card that was attached to the handle. “Happy valentine’s day, ________-ah,” you looked over to the bed to see Niel woke up. You smiled at him.

[Ricky]

You walked to school with your best friend, Ricky. Today was a special day because it was Valentine’s Day. The day where people give each other chocolates and other special items to their lover. As soon as you two hit the front doors, piles of female students swarmed over Ricky handing him gifts. You got pushed aside. “I-I’ll meet you in class, Ricky,” you said as he waved. You walked to class and sat down. You took out a small box from your knapsack and stared at it. In it, were chocolates you baked for Ricky. You wondered when you would give it to him. As you did, he came  in and sat next to you.”What’s that?” You put it away quickly. “A box,” you replied and looked at the board. “Are you going to give it to your crush?” he teased as he poked your cheek. You lightly laughed and nodded. The whole time you were at school, you didn’t get a chance to give your chocolates to him. Ricky had to leave half-way through the day because he had a schedule to attend to. You walked home alone with the box in your hand, very upset. You laid your knapsack down and noticed your backdoor was wide open. You texted Ricky asking where he was because you suddenly got a bad feeling in your stomach. As you walked towards the backdoor to shut it, someone grabbed your hand from behind. “I’ll close it,” the voice was Ricky’s! You turned around and looked at him. You lightly punched him in the chest. “You could have texted me you came. Do you know how much that scared me?” He laughed and then held out a box. “I’m sorry I couldn’t walk home with you today. Here,” you took the box. “What’s this for?” It completely slipped your  mind that today was Valentine’s Day. “Don’t make me more nervous! Just open it!” he lifted your hands infront of your face. You opened the box and saw four rows of chocolates. He took one and held it infront of your mouth. “I made them myself! Say ah!” You were speechless, but you opened your mouth. As soon as you tasted it, you twitched. Ricky frowned. “It’s not good?” he pouted as you shook your head. “I-It’s great,” you honestly thought it was the worst chocolate you had ever tasted. It then dawned on you about the day. You handed him back the box and then got your box. “I tried giving you this early, but it never worked out,” you rubbed the back of your head. He put his finger to his lips, motioning you to feed him one. You thought he was too cute, so you popped one into his mouth. “I made them myself too! Yesterday, to be exact,” you smiled. He then hugged you. “They’re terrible,”  Your heart sunk. “I’m joking! They’re terrific!” He grinned. You lightly punched him in the chest again. “I’m not good at this stuff. But does this mean you’re mine?” You nodded while smiling. “If you want me to be. Forever,” you two then ate the terrible chocolates you made for each other. 

[Changjo]

Today was Valentine’s Day and you wanted to spend it with Changjo, your best friend. You had gotten him a simple box of chocolates. However, Changjo had a fansigning and other schedules to attend to, so you did not get to see him at all. The following day, he wasn’t in school at all. So you decided to check on him. “Are you alright? Did anything happen?” You texted him. After an hour of not texting, you decided to call him. You then suddenly heard his ringtone in the other room. “Changjo! How’d you get in?” You smiled as you ended the call and ran into the room. You stopped dead in your tracks. His phone was laying inside a basket. You looked around for Changjo, but he was no where. You picked up his phone and texted his groupmate, Niel. You asked him where Changjo was. After a few seconds, he replied back saying he was on his way to get his phone. You figured he must have left it at your house the last time he visited. You sat down on your couch, patiently waiting for him to show up. About a half an hour later, he knocked on the door. After you opened it and handed the phone to him. He thanked you and started to leave until you called his name. He looked at you. “Yesterday was…” your voice trailed off as he just stared blankily at you. “Nevermind,” after that, he left and you sighed. The next morning, you awoke to a white teddy bear holding an envelope, on your table. “________-ah, I’m sorry we didn’t see each other on Valentine’s Day. I’m also sorry about last night. Here is my little gift to you. Name it after me? :) -Changjo” you smiled to yourself and hugged the bear until you remembered the chocolates for him. 

[Chunji]

You walked home from a long, hard day of school. Today was Valentine’s Day and you had gotten nothing. You didn’t get anything for anyone either. Even though you had a crush on your friend, Chunji. His knapsack was filled to the max with chocolates and other gifts from fans. So you figured he wouldn’t want to have anything else since he already had so much. Once you got inside, you took a long, hot, relaxing bath. Your phone’s message tone went off so you grabbed it off the counter next to the tub. It was an unknown number. “_________-ah, meet me infront of the unicorn statue at the nearest park. Dress formally,” you read to yourself. Being confused, you texted your best female friend. She had no idea whose number it was. So you just got ready. You did your hair, put on a little make-up, and got dressed in your favorite dress. You grabbed your purse and phone, and walked to the park. You saw a tall male standing infront of the unicorn statue. You couldn’t tell who it was since he was looking at it. You walked up to him and tapped him on the shoulder. He turned around and smiled. He held out a bouquet of your favorite flowers. Your eyes widened. “Happy valentine’s day, __________-ah,” he gave the sweetest smile. “C-Chunji oppa…”

[C.A.P]

You were at your part-time job late at night. It was Valentine’s Day and majority of the day, you had spent it at work and school. You locked the doors to the place and started to walk to your house. It was very dark and silent. Your pace quickened after you heard some rustling in a nearby bush. You took a shortcut through the park and arrived safely infront of your doorstep. As you turned the key, someone tapped you on the shoulder. You shrieked and jumped. “I’m sorry, ________-ah. I didn’t mean to scare you,” it was your friend from school, Minsoo. As you placed your hand over your racing heart, you calmed down. He laughed at this. You then noticed something in his hand. “What’s that?” you pointed at it. Minsoo handed it to you. “Can you give it to your cousin? It’s for Valentine’s Day,” he rubbed the back of his neck. Your heart sunk a little. “Okay, I will,” he smiled at you. “I should be going now, it’s extremely late. Please give it to her and don’t look in it,” with that, he left. You could not get to sleep because of that card. You wanted to look inside it, but you didn’t want to because Minsoo said not to. After a couple of hours of staring at it, you finally decided to look inside. You opened the envelope and read the card. It was really sweet. When you read the note on the inside your heart fluttered. “________-ah! I hope you’re reading this. Truth is, this card is really for you. I was too embarrassed to let you read it infront of me. We should do something together. Maybe a date? Truth to be told, I really like you. Be mine this year? :) -Minsoo” You grinned to yourself. You had never been happier.

[LJoe]

It had been two months since you seen your best friend, LJoe last since you moved to the United States. You wanted to see him so bad. Especially since today was Valentine’s Day. You logged onto your computer and did your daily stuff. Towards the end of the day, you got a skype request. It was from an unknown person so you just denied it. A couple of seconds later, it came again. You kept denying the request, until it just got to you. You finally accepted it. Then you got a webcam call. You asked them why and they just told you to trust them. You got a little nervous, but hit the answer button and put your cam up. Your eyes widened at the other cam. It was LJoe! He waved and smiled. “LJoe oppa!” You jumped up and down. “It’s been a while. I’m sorry I haven’t visited,” he rubbed the back of his head. “Oh no! It’s not your fault, you’ve been busy promoting!” You frowned when he smiled again. He pointed to the screen. You got confused. “I mailed you a card. Didn’t you see it?” Your mouth opened to say something, but nothing came out. Instead,you jolted out the dor and grabbed a small package out of the mailox. You quickly opened it and were automatically stunned. It was the most beautiful necklace you had ever seen in your life. In the heart, was engraved I love you.
